reinforce the vision, purpose and goals of the organization. Challenge the
status quo and cosndier new and different means by relying on data to inform
our strategies.
* Work cross-functionally to develop best practices. Create a disciplined
approach to communications including proactive collaboration with stakeholders
during all phases of a plan’s lifecycle.
* Drive consistency in communications processes, including measuring
effectiveness. Oversee processes and protocols to ensure communication in a
timely manner.
* Research, write and edit a variety of internal publications in several
formats. Provide support for large-scale events including live broadcasts.
* Collaborate with media/public relations and marketing including digital
teams to leverage existing content.
What are we looking for:

improve through gathering feedback and measuring outcomes
* Able to think strategically while digging into tactical needs
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong interpersonal skills; must possess the confidence and maturity to
interact with all levels of the organization, maintain confidential or
sensitive information and influence without authority
* Collaborative approach but able to work independently
* Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask
