岗位描述：

1) 在欧美国别文学、比较文学理论、世界文学理论等领域独立开展科研工作，发表高水平学术论文，主持或参与重要科研项目，提升本学科的国际国内影响力。 2) 独立讲授欧美国别文学、比较文学理论等相关领域的本科生和研究生课程。 3) 积极参与本学科课程体系建设，辅导本科、硕士和博士研究生。 1) Teaching undergraduate and post-graduate courses in the fields of European literature, English-language literature, comparative literature theories, world literature theories and ects. 2) Conducting excellent independent research in the fields of comparative literature and world literature. 3) Curriculum development and theiss supervision at undergraduate and graduate levels; supervision of Master and PhD research

资格条件：

具有博士学位，原则上具有博士后研究经历，具有良好的国际学术视野和合作交流能力。在欧美国别文学研究、比较文学理论、世界文学理论等领域有深厚的专业知识基础、较强的学术潜力，并已发表高水平论文. A PhD degree in comparative literature, English literature, literary theory, European litearature or other relevant fields. Postdoctoral experience is preferable. A strong record of excellent research in the fields of comparative literature, English literature, literary theory, European litearature.
